RETURN POLICY

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been customized or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
